The most common copyright films we encounter include films that families purchased in the 1950's and 1960's like comics, disneyland, yellowstone, perl harbor, etc. These films can no longer be enjoyed because projectors are no longer sold. You can migrate these films for your own personal use to a format like DVD so you can continue to enjoy them. If you know your films include copyright protected films like these please print out the copyright agreement, sign it and include it with your order form when you send your film in.
Any other type of copyright protected commercial film (like feature films, documentaries, etc.) cannot be copied without permission from the copyright owner.
If you have any questions or concerns about sending your commercial copyright protected film in to be copied, please contact a copyright attorney first to better understand your rights to copy the film. We would need proof in the form of a letter from the coyright attorney or copyright owner in order to copy any copyright material.
